We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ever-Pretty purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn dresses with original tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the dress in its original packaging with all tags intact, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix your return label and drop off the package at your nearest UK Royal Mail post office or preferred courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
